Miss Khing Koh
Khing is currently PromoPower’s key
trainer overseeing the majority of part timers and promoters with our
key accounts namely Allied Domecq Wines and Spirits, Pernod Ricard,
Adidas Pte Ltd, Kobrand International, Colgate-Palmolive amongst many
others.
One of Khing’s strategies is to ensure she is constantly kept abreast
of the client’s product profiles by concurrently attending their own
internal product training and retail meetings as well as being
“hands-on” at the sales floor.
This has been most instrumental in her training classes, adding that
human element to real time situations encountered.
Khing’s previous career at Singapore Airlines Ltd as a senior cabin
crew and her current directorship at PromoPower Pte Ltd speak volume.
She has attended courses in Customer Service Skills, Human Resource
Management, various workshops and seminars organized by Singapore
Retail Association, Food and Wine and delivers the In-House training
by PromoPower Pte Ltd for all registered part timers and staff. |
